Available application levels

Level I – Basic Competence Certificate

Applicants for Level I must:

  • Have completed Senior Four (UCE) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Be between 16 and 35 years old at the time of application.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the priority occupation selected.
  • Possess basic communication skills.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to different workplace environments.
  • Be available for the full specified duration of the programme.

Level II – National Artisan Certificate

Applicants for Level II must:

  • Have completed Senior Six (UACE) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Be between 16 and 35 years old at the time of application.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the priority occupation selected.
  • Possess basic communication skills.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to different workplace environments.
  • Be available for the full specified duration of the programme.
