Job Details:
Kray Microfinance (SACCO) is looking for energetic, ambitious and target-driven Relationship Officers to join our Business Growth & Development team.
This is a field-based sales role focused on growing customers and business within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and activate new customers.
- Mobilise deposits and savings.
- Generate quality loan business.
- Promote savings and investment products.
- Identify, recruit and activate Kray stationery Agents.
- Reactivate dormant customers.
- Build relationships with SMEs, traders, employers, schools, churches, SACCOs, associations and other groups.
- Cross-sell Kray products to new and existing customers.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Microfinance or a related field.
- Experience in sales, microfinance, banking, SACCOs, fintech, insurance or other field-sales environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Highly energetic, self-driven and comfortable working extensively in the field.
- Ability to work and deliver under demanding performance targets.
