About the employer

Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and implementing district Electoral Commission work plans.
- Maintain records of electoral equipment and reusable materials.
- Compile periodic operational and administrative reports.
- Support the supervision of subordinate district staff.
- Monitor nominations, campaigns, polling and other district electoral activities.
- Serve as a co-signatory to the district Electoral Commission bank account.
- Countersign payment vouchers in accordance with established controls.
- Serve as minute secretary during district meetings.
- Perform other official duties assigned by the supervising officer.
Minimum qualification
Applicants must be Ugandan citizens holding an honours bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institution in one of the following areas:
