Job Overview
Objective: To accurately capture, update, maintain, and retrieve operational data and records relating to container and cargo movements, ensuring timely and accurate information for effective depot operations and reporting.

- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
Education Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Records Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in data entry or administrative work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of database systems is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of warehouse and cargo release procedures.
Skills & Competences
- Ability to work independently, should have effective communication skills, excellent customer care skills, sound decision-making skills and ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods.
- Good Integrity, flexible, good interpersonal, teamwork, self-drive/ motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Should have a positive attitude, results focused, can work for long hours under pressure with minimum supervision and remain alert and aware of the surroundings.
