Jobspace Uganda Vacancy Summary
The Assistant Security Officer will support day-to-day protection of patients, staff, visitors, vehicles and institutional property. The role combines access control, incident response, safety monitoring, reporting and accountability for security resources. Hospital security requires firmness while remaining sensitive to patients and legitimate visitors.

- At least three years as security personnel with a reputable organisation.
- Good judgement, report writing and respectful communication.
How to Make Your Application Competitive
- State security training, dates and reputable employers clearly.
- Describe one incident using situation, action and outcome.
- Show experience writing occurrence or incident reports.
- Attach diploma, training and experience evidence.
Questions to Prepare for Before an Interview
- How would you manage an agitated visitor demanding access to a restricted area?
- What information belongs in a useful incident report?
