Help us respond accurately
Please use a clear subject line and include the URL of the Jobspace Uganda page concerned. If you are reporting incorrect information, attach or link to the employer’s official notice. Do not email passwords, bank details, national-identification numbers or other sensitive personal information.
Employer and recruiter submissions
Employers may send a link to an official vacancy announcement together with the job title, duty station, closing date and application method. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may edit, summarise, verify, decline or remove material in line with our editorial standards.
Scam reports
If someone uses the Jobspace Uganda name to request money or personal financial information, stop communicating with that person and send us the evidence. Jobspace Uganda does not collect recruitment fees and does not appoint candidates on behalf of employers.
Response expectations
We review messages as capacity allows. Time-sensitive correction and scam reports are prioritised, but we cannot promise an individual response to every message.
