The role combines acquisition planning, tender and contract support, compliance monitoring, risk identification, reporting, staff guidance and careful maintenance of procurement records. Curated responsibilities
- Support procurement from planning and solicitation through contracting and follow-up.
- Monitor compliance with SNV policies, maintain records and flag procurement risks.
- Develop planning and reporting tools and prepare procurement activity reports.
- Maintain contract databases and support training and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, public procurement, purchasing and supply, supply-chain management or a related field.
- About ten years of progressive procurement experience; international-development experience is important.
- Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of donor rules and CIPS membership or certification.
