Jobspace Uganda vacancy summary
NFT Consult is recruiting an experienced Content Creator for a confidential company operating in Uganda’s automotive, motorcycle and asset-financing sector. The successful candidate will manage the complete content-development process—from identifying ideas and writing scripts to directing shoots, coordinating production and publishing material across social-media platforms. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on creative professional who understands Ugandan digital culture and can produce short-form content that connects with boda riders, mechanics and young consumers. Applicants should have a strong portfolio showing successful content and be willing to travel regularly to branches and communities.
About the hiring company
The confidential client distributes and retails motorcycles and spare parts, provides after-sales services and undertakes local motorcycle assembly. Its asset-financing operation helps customers acquire motorcycles and is expanding into smartphone financing. The company serves customers through a growing branch and distribution network across Uganda.
Who should apply?
This opportunity may suit candidates who:
- Have a strong portfolio of high-performing short-form social-media content.
- Can develop ideas, hooks, scripts and recurring content formats.

- Are comfortable directing video shoots and working with influencers.
- Can manage content across several social-media platforms.
- Are willing to travel extensively and engage customers in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a content calendar covering skits, comedy, community engagement and relevant trends.
- Manage content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Snapchat and WhatsApp.
- Shape captions, messaging, templates and the overall social-media communication style.
- Write strong hooks and scripts for short-form video content.
- Manage the entire creative process from the initial idea to production and publication.
- Review content before publication and ensure it meets creative and brand standards.
- Direct short-form video shoots and coordinate content involving influencers.
- Work closely with designers, camera operators, video editors and other creative personnel.
- Plan recurring content series, characters, locations and production schedules.
- Visit branches and communities to identify talent, stories and content opportunities.
- Engage target audiences directly and use their feedback to improve future content.
- Monitor platform performance, audience responses and content trends.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule while developing fresh content formats.
Qualifications and experience
- Five to eight years of experience as a social-media content creator, content strategist or in a similar role.
- A demonstrated record of producing short-form content that performs well.
- Strong understanding of content hooks, social trends, audience engagement and platform-specific formats.
- Creative-writing and scriptwriting ability, particularly for short-form videos.
- Experience directing shoots and working with camera operators, editors, designers and influencers.
- Strong understanding of content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Snapchat and WhatsApp.
- Ability to communicate creatively in English, Luganda and other relevant Ugandan languages or dialects.
