KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth and profitability objectives.
Translate business goals into actionable marketing and product plans.
Drive product profitability, new product development, and market penetration.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on performance and revenue contribution.
Drive digital adoption, product uptake, and cross-selling initiatives.

CUSTOMER CENTRICITY
Develop and execute customer-driven marketing strategies.
Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Postgraduate qualification/CIM is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
8–10 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in banking or FMCG.
