Trade Marketing Manager

Uganda, Kampala o Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of POSM deployment, dealership & wall branding, swap station branding, outdoor visibility, and in store communication.
Supervise regional trade activities through frequent field visits, audits, and project follow ups.
Manage and guide Trade Marketing Executives to ensure high-quality execution and reporting.
Support on-ground activations including route campaigns, dealer events, and Boda Boda Fest.
Coordinate vendors, installers, and fabricators to ensure timely, cost efficient, and quality delivery.

Requirements

5-8 years’ experience in Trade Marketing or Field Execution.
Proven experience managing regional visibility projects and field teams.
Strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to travel frequently.
