Job Details:
JOB OVERVIEW:
To provide comprehensive support in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems including but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation and benefits administration, Maintenance of personnel files, staff motivation initiatives, and disciplinary procedures.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree in human resource management; Psychology; and other related discipline.
Knowledge of existing labour laws, regulations and operating guidelines.
Two year’s working experience in a similar role in a large company.
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees.
Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Should possess good counseling skills.
