Job Details:

Reporting to Production Officer/ Business Unit Manager, The Successful Candidate Will;

Key Result Areas:
• Accurately enter and update data related to production, inventory and other relevant manufacturing processes into the company’s databases or information management systems.
• Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.


• Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to obtain necessary data and resolve data-related issues.


• Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data for analysis and decision-making purposes.


• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data management systems or tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to data entry and management.


• Maintain the daily consumption track with system and physical and report on shift and daily basis.
• Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by your supervisor.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk, data operator, or similar role.


• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and related data is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience/ exposure in Ability to handle large volumes of data and work in a fast-paced environment

SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently should have excellent skills, effective communication skills, sound decision-making skills and ability to work on the field
• Integrity, flexible, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.


• Should have a positive attitude, results focused, creative, innovative, can work for long hours under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Should be aggressive in professionally attracting
