1. BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION ANALYST
The Business Transformation Analyst will report to the Manager Strategy and Transformation and will be responsible for supporting and coordinating strategic and operational transformation initiatives at Pride Bank by conducting business analysis and driving change implementation, while enabling the integration of digital and data- driven solutions to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and innovation in line with the Bank’s strategy.
This role also focuses on analysis, design support, coordination, and change enablement of transformation initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include: –
• Conduct business diagnostics, performance reviews, and root cause analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities across functions.
• Analyze financial, operational, customer, and process data (in collaboration with Data & Insights) to inform transformation priorities.

• Support the development of problem statements, hypotheses, and evidence- based insights for strategic and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and process optimization using emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, data analytics).
• Support the design and structuring of transformation initiatives and programs, including scope definition, sequencing, and dependency mapping.
• Contribute to the development of transformation roadmaps, initiative charters, and implementation plans in collaboration with Strategy, PMO, and Business Units.
• Support prioritization of digital initiatives based on value, feasibility, and alignment to strategic goals.
• Contribute to defining digital requirements and business cases for technology-driven initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, briefing notes, and decision-support materials.
• Collaborate with business units, PMO, and project teams to support implementation of approved transformation initiatives.
• Track initiative progress, milestones, risks, and interdependencies, and escalate issues as required.
• Support issue resolution related to digital implementations, including user experience and system performance challenges.
• Recommend course corrections and improvement actions based on performance trends, risks, and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and emerging business models relevant to the banking sector.
• Monitor innovation, fintech, and operating model developments that may inform Pride Bank’s transformation agenda.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with fintechs, innovation hubs, and technology providers.
• Support pilot initiatives and proof-of- concept testing for new business ideas, processes, and tools.
• Work with change champions and stakeholders to support change management activities, communication, and readiness.
• Develop simple user guides, communication materials, and support tools for digital rollouts.
• Gather, analyze, and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into initiative design and delivery.
• Support post-implementation reviews and benefits tracking for transformation initiatives.
• Support the integration of sustainability, ESG, and inclusive finance considerations into transformation initiatives where relevant.
• Assist in leveraging digital tools to improve access to financial services and enhance customer outreach.
• Assist in tracking and reporting non- financial outcomes and impact metrics aligned to Pride Bank’s strategic priorities.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment to reduce silos and improve end-to-end performance.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision-making across business units.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to strengthen Pride Bank’s transformation capabilities.


Academic qualifications,
Experience & competence

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Strategy, Finance, or related field
• Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and digital transformation frameworks
• Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business transformation roles.
• Exposure to Agile or digital delivery methodologies is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of banking technologies such as core banking systems, digital channels (mobile/web), and payment platforms.
• Familiarity with project management, change management, and digital innovation concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
