Job Details:

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking experienced Sales Executives for a client in the telecommunications sector. This role supports customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion through direct sales and field engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new individual and SME customers within assigned territories.
Promote and sell telecom products and services.
Conduct field sales activities, including door-to-door visits, activations, and market storming.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Educate customers on product features, pricing, and usage benefits.
Assist customers with registration, product activation, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely activity reports.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company brand professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
2 years’ experience in sales or marketing role.
Self-driven, energetic professional with strong planning and negotiation skills.
Ability to leverage product knowledge to advise customers and deliver effective solutions.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
