About the Role
As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of loan applications. You will guide clients throughout the lending process, ensuring excellent service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and process loan applications (personal, business, mortgage, or other loan types).
- Analyze creditworthiness using credit scores, financial data, and risk assessment tools.
- Provide clients with accurate information on loan products, terms, and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely and compliant documentation of all loan transactions.
- Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to finalize approvals.
- Stay updated on lending regulations, market trends, and company products.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
