Telesales Agent role at Mogo involves conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Mogo's financial products. The agent is responsible for explaining product features, benefits, and terms to customers, converting leads into successful sales, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
- At least a year's experience in a Sales and/or customer support role
- Proficiency in customer relationship and its processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer literacy skills
Experience needed:
At least 12 months of experience in a Sales and/or customer support role
