a) Academic Qualifications

1. Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology & Computing, Computer Information Systems & Administration, Business Information Systems, System Administration, or Software Engineering/System Design & Analysis

b) Work Experience

• Working experience: Nil

c) Competencies

i) Technical

• Planning, organizing and coordinating

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer web, networks, systems and databases
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN to standards
• Provide routine user support on LAN/WAN and other IT issues
• Plan and deliver staff IT trainings
• Requisition and deploy appropriate technologies
• Monitor data/voice communication facilities
• Propose and implement network improvements
• Develop and maintain the organization website
• Provide general user support
