Background:
Pride Bank is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support the design, analysis, and delivery of strategic and operational transformation initiatives aligning with the Bank's corporate strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business diagnostics and root cause analysis
- Support the design and structuring of transformation programs
- Prepare executive-level presentations and transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate with business units to implement key transformation initiatives
- Track initiative progress and identify risks
- Conduct research on trends, benchmarks, and innovations
- Assist in embedding sustainability practices
- Work with change champions to support change management efforts
- Gather and incorporate user feedback into initiative design
- Promote collaboration between departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy or business transformation roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management and digital innovation
