Qualifications & Experiences
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Management Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in project management, M&E, or Strategy is an added advantage.
- 6–10 years of experience in a consulting firm, donor-funded program, development finance institution, or private sector strategy unit.
- Proven success in both winning and delivering advisory/consulting engagements.
- Experience working with or for development partners (e.g., World Bank, USAID, GIZ, FCDO, UN agencies) is a strong advantage.
- Prior involvement in projects in sectors such as agriculture, financial services, digital economy, climate/energy, or health is preferred.
