Job Details:

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

·         Client Engagement and Support: Lead efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

·         Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor customer service teams, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to organizational standards.

·         Service Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, implementing improvements as necessary.

·         Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyze client feedback to inform service enhancements and report findings to senior management.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align customer service strategies with organizational goals.


Qualifications Required:

  • Education: University Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years’ credit work experience with credit analytical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must possess a valid riding permit with proven riding experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Sales and marketing skills.
