Job Details:
USAID's Local Partner Health Services - Kigezi & Lango Activity is implemented by Joint Clinical Research Centre (CRC). The activity is aimed at supporting the continuation of technical assistance to districts for the implementation of an integrated package of quality HIV/AIDS and TB services to the beneficiary population in the Kigezi and Lango sub-regions.
The main goal of the activity is to increase the availability, accessibility and utilization of quality, integrated HIV and TB services. The Activity is extending this support to the Ankole and Acholi regions
To support the implementation of its scope, the mechanism wishes to recruit suitable
candidates for the following temporary positions with possibility of extension based on
availability of funds.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
• The ideal
candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply
Chain Management, or other relevant discipline
• 3 years of
experience in Procurement and bidding related work in an NGO setting
• Possession
of CIPS qualification, Level 5 is desirable.
• Must be
computer literate especially word, power point and Excel.
• Must be
organized, able to work well under pressure, have an ability to prioritize and
in a busy environment
• Able to
prepare reports and should possess excellent presentation skills.
• Must have
good analytical, communication and report writing skills
• Must be
flexible, quick to adapt and self-motivated
Must be a
good negotiator
