Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate the financial systems, processes, and controls of Mityana Municipal Council.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to relevant authorities.
• Assist in developing internal control mechanisms for effective financial management.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA) is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in auditing or financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
