Experience and Other requirements:
• Computer literate, able to use of Microsoft office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word, Power point)
• Professionalism, Integrity, team spirit
• Good communication skills
• Objective and independent
• Problem solving skills
• Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations

Qualifications:
• An honors Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Procurement, or Logistics Management or any other relevant field.
• Possession of professional qualifications in procurement is an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Issue and register items from the stores to staff in compliance with the distributions and stores retrieval systems.
• Monitor and implement the stores replenishment plan by ensuring timely replenishments.
• Maintain and update the stores record to ensure a high-level high level of accountability.
• Receive stock and ensure verifications and inspections are conducted by the relevant user department.
• Capture and update store inventories on the Stores and Asset Management System.
• Document all receipted store items and forward receipts to the Procurement department.
• Carry out regular and timely store reconciliations and annual stock taking.
• Update and maintain bin cards chronologically.
• Participate in the preparation of sections reports on assets and inventory.
• Support the preparation of the section’s budget, and workplan.
• Prepare and submit timely accountability for resources.
• Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
